A Model Sustainable Council
Author: Localis - Jul 16, 2009
We were delighted to formally launch our environmentally sustainable councils programme on Thursday 16th July at 5pm in the Ideas Space. The event introduced 5 new policies intended for Local Authorities to pilot.
The launch event was a panel discussion, in which 5 leading figures on government and the environment each spoke for about 10 minutes each. This was followed by a Q&A session with the audience. The speakers were: Jack Pershcke, Tariq Ahmad, Nick Paget-Brown, Gavin Dick and Jonathan Essex.
The Ideas Space is adjacent to our office in Westminster at 10 Storeys Gate.
