Localis, in partnership with Lloyds Banking Group, held a roundtable discussion at last year’s Liberal Democrat party conference in Birmingham at 10.15am on Monday 19th September. The discussion, entitled ?Building the Future: Funding infrastructure in an age of localism?, explored the issues and challenges around local government’s access to capital funding, and what the future may hold for the financing of infrastructure projects.
