Peer support and sharing of ideas between councils

This project is about how to accelerate the spread of good ideas between councils, and to increase the level of peer support for failing councils in order to help to drive up performance. The focus of this work pays careful consideration to the standardising tendencies of ‘best practice’ by emphasising the transferability of ideas as well as the potential impact they can have.
