The model environmentally sustainable council

This project is about looking at some of the innovative things that the local government community are doing in the UK and abroad in order to tackle some of the major environmental and energy challenges facing the UK. It also makes a number of recommendations for local and central government in order to provide the right powers and freedoms for a more localist approach to tackle this global problem.
